All Full and Life members are entitled to vote and it is important that we have a quorum so the AGM can go ahead.

There cannot be any voting on the day so please vote by returning the voting paper you have been sent (may have been received by email) by 3rd February 2021.
This should be sent to the Registered Office either by post or email (secretary@dartmoorponysociety.com).

You can register to attend the virtual meeting by emailing the Secretary by 3rd February 2021 or contact the Registered Office on 01269 844303. You will then be sent the Zoom details to be able to join the meeting.
