The Dartmoor Pony Society is saddened to share the news of the passing of Mr David Sykes, a former DPS judge and longstanding member. David had a sharp eye for a pony, a great wit, and a love of good conversation about ponies and the goings-on within the Native Pony world.
David very kindly left a legacy to the DPS a couple of years ago, towards a project supporting genetic research. The Society sends its heartfelt condolences to David’s family and friends.
